Drawing from his own life and conversations with friends, Rabenreither sings of the deeply personal and observational. His song "Dani's In Honey," for instance, details a dark period in which his girlfriend "literally saved" his life. I'm from Los Angeles.

When did you lot start making music?
I've been doing information technology for a long time, since I was a teenager. Only I've only been writing songs seriously for 5 years or then.

How did you get started?

What felt like your commencement break?
I don't think there was a first break. I recollect everything is always dependent on the people who support you and believe in you, whether it's fans or the people you work with. I think it's a long sequence of first breaks, and at that place are things yet to come as well.

What life events have impacted you and your music the most?
I call up my friendships, and the kind of stories that I run into, and the ongoing things. I think it's just all the cities I've been to, the people I've met and everything I got from that. I think that all influences me a great deal.

Tell me a bit about your album Uppers and Downers that is coming out now.

My record, Uppers and Downers, comes out and I accept a record release show in LA and then I'll be touring the East Coast and Europe through Oct and early Nov. So, I'thou looking forward to that.
